In February we ran a workshop with Cambridge Link-Up. Following on from our successful ’build your own bike‘ workshops that we ran the previous year, the aim of this series of workshops was to train up several homeless and ex-homeless with a good understanding of bike mechanics, with the idea in mind of them being able to continue running their own ‘build your own bike’ sessions.
Over the course of two weeks we covered all aspects of bike building, maintenance and some of the “in’s and out’s” of running a small bike workshop.
